Privacy and cookie policy
The SENTECH website is operated by GG Profits Sp. z o.o. in Pabianice, which is the controller of personal data. The site stores your cookie choice in your browser and uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2, so analytics and marketing storage is used only after you consent.
1. General information
This policy applies to the website at www.sentech.pl (the "Website").
The Website is operated by GG Profits Sp. z o.o., ul. Spacerowa 6/8, 95-200 Pabianice, Poland, which is also the controller of your personal data (the "Controller").
Contact e-mail: marketing@sentech.pl
The Website does not contain contact or registration forms. If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you give us (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to conduct business with you.
2. Information stored on your device
Your consent choice (necessary)
When you first visit the Website, you are asked whether you agree to analytics and marketing storage. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so that we do not ask again on every page. This record is necessary for the Website to respect your decision; it contains no personal data and is not sent to us. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link on the Website or by clearing your browser's site data.
Analytics (only with your consent)
The Website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, services provided by Google Ireland Limited, to compile visitor statistics, with Google Consent Mode v2 enabled:
- Until you give your consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Google may receive cookieless pings – basic signals without cookie identifiers (e.g. that a page was viewed), which do not allow you to be recognised across visits.
- If you consent, Google Analytics cookies are set on your device so that we can measure how the Website is used (e.g. pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type).
- Marketing (advertising) storage is likewise used only if you consent to it.
Information collected by Google may be transferred to the United States. Google relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. More information: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
3. Server logs
As with any website, the hosting server automatically records technical information about requests (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). These logs are used solely to keep the Website running and secure and are kept only for as long as necessary.
4. Legal basis and retention
- Answering enquiries and conducting business – our legitimate interest and, where applicable, the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Analytics and marketing storage – your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Server logs and Website security – our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law (e.g. accounting regulations).
5. Recipients of data
Data may be made available to authorised employees and associates of the Controller, and to service providers acting on our behalf, such as the hosting provider and Google (for analytics, if you consent).
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and the right to data portability. You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
Providing personal data is voluntary. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
In addition to the consent settings on the Website, you can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect some Website functions. For details, see your browser's help pages.
